1. Afklaring af styringsbehov og mål

Etableringen starter med en afklaring af jeres styringsbehov, mål og beslutningsprocesser. Her ser vi på, hvordan I følger op på opgaver, økonomi og performance i dag – og hvor der er potentiale for bedre overblik, færre fejl og mindre manuelt arbejde.

Målet er at tage udgangspunkt i jeres virkelighed og koble den til en gennemprøvet BI-standard.

2. Data-adgang og opsætning af datamodel

Herefter etableres adgang til Minuba og økonomisystemet, og den underliggende datamodel opsættes. Fokus er på sammenhæng mellem opgaver, tid, materialer og økonomi – så rapporteringen er konsistent og pålidelig.

Datamodellen designes til både nuværende behov og senere udvidelser.

3. Workshop: processer, behov og interessenter

Vi afholder en workshop med relevante interessenter, hvor vi gennemgår arbejdsgange, behov og informationsflow. Her præsenteres en basis rapporteringsmodel baseret på best practice for service- og håndværksvirksomheder.

Workshoppen sikrer fælles forståelse og klare prioriteringer.

4. Udarbejdelse af BI-løsning – med løbende sparring

På baggrund af afklaringer og workshop udarbejdes BI-løsningen. Rapporter og dashboards bygges iterativt, og der er løbende dialog og sparring undervejs.

Det sikrer, at løsningen passer til jeres hverdag – ikke kun til teorien.

5. Aflevering af version 1 – tilpasning og tilretning

Første version afleveres og gennemgås sammen med jer. Her indsamles feedback, og rapportering og visninger tilpasses, så overblik og anvendelighed rammer rigtigt.

6. Undervisning, opfølgning og endelig aflevering

Brugere introduceres til rapporteringen med fokus på anvendelse i praksis. Efter undervisning følger vi op på tilbagemeldinger og laver de sidste justeringer, inden løsningen afleveres til drift.

7. Drift, overvågning og løbende opfølgning

Når løsningen er i drift, overvåges datakvalitet og anvendelse. Rapporteringen kan løbende justeres og udvides i takt med, at forretning og behov udvikler sig.
