Dashboards show how many quotes have been submitted, how many orders are in the pipeline, where sales are located geographically, and how sales compare to budget — both overall and per individual sales representative. This is something the sales team greatly appreciates.

At the same time, production is closely monitored, and financial performance is aligned with the completion levels shown in the construction management system.
