Consulting Support and UX Specialists

The Virkplan business platform can be fully tailored to each customer. As a result, the imported data forms the foundation for the reports and dashboards that can be delivered. Virkplan has built DOT’s data model and handled the data integrations, after which DOT builds its own reports with consulting support from Virkplan.

“We see it as a major advantage that we can build our own reports. We become more knowledgeable through the process, and we gain increasing clarity on which analyses and reports we want as we work with the data ourselves. At the moment, we are developing dashboards, and here too the strong collaboration is evident. Virkplan handles all the technical aspects related to the overview we want, while a design agency recommended by Virkplan creates the design using UX consultants—ensuring a professional and user-friendly result.

My goal is to have one dashboard per customer, allowing us to present a professional overview of our collaboration during sales meetings—covering everything from sales volumes and order status to any potential complaints,”
