Specialized Sales Reports
BSB Industry has defined a number of specialized reports within the Virkplan Business Platform, making it easy to monitor sales budgets at the customer level. These reports display revenue per customer, revenue per product, index figures, and more. This provides a strong overview and enables daily follow-up on customers and orders.
With the solution, BSB Industry has also gained full visibility into both Danish and Polish production, including monitoring of production efficiency. Claus Iwersen explains:
“Overall, we now have a much better overview of the business, and we will soon begin training in how to create reports ourselves. This is also something Virkplan offers, and it is a great advantage that, in the long term, we won’t need to contact a consultant every time we want a new report.”
