At The Call Company, we have optimized our internal decision-making processes by creating greater transparency in the data we already have available within the organization.

Before contacting Virkplan, we experienced that it took a long time to determine which data to focus on. At the same time, it was difficult to agree on which data created the most value for the business—different decision-makers across the organization each had their own datasets that they considered most relevant.

Therefore, we wanted to create greater transparency in our data and gain an overview of how we could optimize work processes using that data. The goal was to introduce transparency across both our KPIs and underlying data.
