JPBC is a Nova-C customer and uses C5 as its financial system. CFO Elise Thorsen explains:

Previously, the organization had to wait until I had time to pull all the requested reports, which was either once a week or at month-end. Now they can access the system themselves and view the data they need.”
Detailed financial overview
With Virkplan’s BI solution, JPBC can view expected revenue by week, month, or any desired period. The solution combines data from both invoiced orders and orders that have been delivered or are about to be delivered but not yet invoiced.
“It’s a huge advantage for us to be able to monitor our finances so closely at all times. I used to spend 1.5–2 hours every week generating the data that the system now automatically produces twice a day. We save enormous amounts of time, which we can spend on other important tasks. You could say that we can now run the business more intelligently because we always have an up-to-date data foundation,” Elise Thorsen continues.
