The process
The implementation process
Virkplan BI for CleanManager is a standardized BI solution that consolidates data from CleanManager and the customer’s financial system into clear, decision-supporting reports – without complex BI projects.
The focus is on transparency, accurate follow-up, and a shared overview across the entire organization.
1. Clarification of governance needs and goals
The implementation begins with a clarification of your governance needs, follow-up requirements, and goals. Here, we look at how you currently follow up on cleaning operations, quality, finances, and deliveries – and where there is potential for fewer errors and better overview.
2. Data access and setup of the data model
Next, access to CleanManager and the financial system is established, and the data model is set up. The focus is on the relationships between tasks, frequencies, execution, and invoicing.
The data model provides a stable foundation for reporting and follow-up.
3. Workshop: Processes, needs, and stakeholders
We conduct a workshop with relevant stakeholders to review needs, roles, and decision processes. A basic reporting model based on best practice in cleaning and facility management is presented
4. Development of the BI solution – with ongoing collaboration
Reports and dashboards are developed iteratively with continuous feedback. The focus is on usability, transparency, and consistent reporting.
5. Delivery of version 1 – refinement and adjustments
The first version is delivered and refined based on feedback, ensuring the reporting supports operations, management, and administration.
6. Training, follow-up and final handover
Users are trained in using the reports, and we follow up on feedback before the solution is officially handed over for day-to-day use.
7. Operations, monitoring and ongoing support
The solution is monitored and continuously developed so that reporting evolves with the organization’s needs.
